Cancellation

The purchased product can be requested to cancel the sale on the same day without giving a reason (since the production or delivery will not have been made on the same day). Special sizes and models cannot be included in this situation.

Return

You can return the purchased product without throwing away the original packaging, without using it, without damaging it within (14) days from the delivery date. Before returning the product, please contact us with your invoice and order information stating the reason for return. As soon as your return request reaches us, we will contact you and inform you how to return the product. The invoice issued to your name should be sent back with the product. The price of the returned product will be refunded to your credit card. The transportation costs incurred due to the return will be covered by you.

Products Damaged During Transfer

Tuca’s Home carefully selects your products, packages them undamaged and delivers them to the cargo companies to be delivered to you. Products damaged during the transfer phase should not be received and a report regarding the damage should be prepared with the transportation company. However, the transportation company does not assume any responsibility after they are received by you. For this reason, if you detect damage to the product, you should not accept it. After you submit the damage report of the rejected product to us, we will deliver a new one to you as soon as possible.
