Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipment. The original shipping cost covered by us will be deducted from your refund amount. We will share instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be refunded the amount paid for the item, minus the original shipping cost, within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
